- Handle multiple inquiries via email, responding with government-approved templates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Database, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and categorization.
- Facilitate communication between customers and relevant departments.
- Clarify policies and procedures while providing general travel assistance.
- Support customers in filing claims with the Department of Homeland Security.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must meet all security eligibility criteria.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; language proficiency will be evaluated during the interview.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in navigating web-based applications with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Selected candidates will undergo a background investigation to meet security requirements.
