Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative proficient in Mandarin to enhance our support team at TechOp Solutions International. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and precise answers to inquiries from international travelers regarding applications managed by DHS, including visa renewals and travel-related services.
  • Engage with clients through live interactions, ensuring accurate responses using provided materials.
  • Identify and address multiple inquiries in email communications, utilizing government-approved templates for responses.
  • Accurately document information in the Customer Database, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and categorization of inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication by transferring relevant information to the appropriate departments.
  • Clarify policies and procedures while addressing customer questions and providing referrals.
  • Offer general travel assistance and information on filing claims with DHS.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must meet all security eligibility criteria.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential (language proficiency will be evaluated during the interview).
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in navigating web-based applications; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a background investigation to meet security requirements.
