Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and precise responses to inquiries from global travelers regarding applications managed by DHS, including re-entry and visa renewal services.
  • Engage in live interactions to provide accurate information based on established guidelines and materials.
  • Identify and address multiple inquiries in email communications, utilizing Government-approved response templates.
  • Accurately input information into the Customer Database, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate categorization of inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication with relevant departments for any reportable issues.
  • Assist customers by clarifying policies and procedures, providing general travel assistance, and guiding them through the claims filing process with DHS.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must meet all security eligibility requirements.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential (language proficiency will be evaluated during the interview).
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.

Additional Skills
  • Proficient in navigating web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
