Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales team in the Residential Sales Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of Direct Sales Account Executives and Account Managers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer penetration
- Set quota expectations for sales representatives and monitor performance
- Facilitate sales training and development programs
- Host community building events to promote new fiber areas
- Assist in building new order entry processes for sales team
- Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree desired, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) plus years of Sales Management experience
- People management experience required
- Documented record of meeting and exceeding sales performance expectations
- High proficiency in MS Office products
- Strong financial analysis and project management abilities
- Competency in making data-driven business recommendations
