Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales team in the Residential Sales Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of Direct Sales Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer penetration
  • Set quota expectations for sales representatives and monitor performance
  • Facilitate sales training and development programs
  • Host community building events to promote new fiber areas
  • Assist in building new order entry processes for sales team
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desired, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum five (5) plus years of Sales Management experience
  • People management experience required
  • Documented record of meeting and exceeding sales performance expectations
  • High proficiency in MS Office products
  • Strong financial analysis and project management abilities
  • Competency in making data-driven business recommendations
