About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a significant role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and ensure all vital resources are available.
  • Well-versed in technical office tools and software applications.
  • Support the business by proactively handling projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Coordinate and prioritize company events and functions.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
