About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and various systems.

Responsibilities

Server and Network Administration:

  • Monitor and maintain server performance, security, and availability.
  • Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor system performance and promptly address issues to ensure seamless operation of IT services.

CRM and ERP Administration:

  • Administer and support CRM and ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Hardware and Software Deployment:

  • Set up and deploy laptops and servers for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and software applications.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, user guides and assets.
  • Procure I.T equipment as needed.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Regularly update and patch systems to ensure security and functionality.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard IT systems and data.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects and system upgrades such as ones pertaining to CMMC and ITAR.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent 3-5 years work experience).
  • Proven experience in server and network administration.
  • Knowledge of client/server environments in Windows OS.
  • Proficiency in managing cloud services (Azure) and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 environments.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S citizen due to DoD regulations; CMMC and ITAR requirements.
