We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Harmony Biosciences LLC. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer/patient marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Project Management: Assist with the creation, launch, and monitoring/tracking of branded and unbranded resources in alignment with brand strategies, including material development, timeline development, coordination of review & approvals, production for print materials, and staging/deployment for digital materials.
- Sales Force Communication: Coordinate and support distribution and maintenance of sales force communications, including sales training resources from the Marketing team.
- Inventory Management: Manage promotional item inventory, print & production schedules, and budget, and agency coordination.
- Non-Personal Campaigns: Partner with the Marketing team to develop integrated non-personal campaigns, including digital (website, email) and direct mail, to effectively pull-through non-personal promotion to personal promotion.
- Disease Awareness Programs: Support the execution of unbranded disease awareness multi-channel educational programs, including websites, educational initiatives, and non-personal outreach.
- Conference Planning: Help execute national, regional, and local HCP and consumer/patient conferences, including processing requests, calendar management, sales force communication, material shipment, and cross-functional planning across Harmony.
- Regulatory Compliance: Partner with all cross-functional stakeholders, including the promotional review committee (medical, legal, regulatory), to ensure HCP and consumer/patient tactics meet all the promotional review committee requirements.
- Market Research: Participate in HCP and consumer/patient market research.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience within project management marketing and/or related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or agency supporting the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Experience managing detailed, multivariate projects with defined deadlines, demonstrated ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, solid ability to work independently under tight timelines, and proactively manage budget constraints.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, business partners, stakeholders across varied styles.
