About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Organon's US Supply Chain Operations team as a Co-Op Supply Chain Operations Professional. The successful candidate will support the Demand Planning & Fulfillment branch, responsible for reliable supply of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Products to the US Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain demand and supply planning systems with a focus on data accuracy and parameters control.
  • Support demand aspects for product launches, new product introduction/deletion, phase-in or phase-out due to supply source changes.
  • Monitor targets and identify drivers for Forecast Accuracy Metrics.
  • Collaborate in Market/Brand IBP.
  • Collect business intelligence from Market stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Hard skills such as SAP 4HANA IBP, PowerBI, and advanced Excel functionality.
  • Ability to analyze and translate information, implement practical data-driven solutions.
