Service Desk Department Manager

As a Service Desk Department Manager at Von Maur, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing the skills of your team members to ensure they can provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for executing all duties of a service desk associate and ensuring that department duties are completed accurately and timely. You will assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store services. You will also develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs. Additionally, you will monitor and support store online order and pick up in store services. You will be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
