Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Overland Park Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
