Job Overview

As a Front Desk Agent at Vail Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role is ideal for those new to hospitality, offering a great starting point with opportunities for upward mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work face-to-face with customers to provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Check guests in and out, handling all customer needs with professionalism and efficiency
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
  • Resolve discrepancies with guest bills and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Friendly and strong people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Somewhat strong computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
