Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Weather and Climate team at Spire Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of Spire's exclusive weather data and its applications in various industries.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect records using CRM tools and generate leads through outbound prospecting.
- Initiate sales appointments and drive pipeline growth through inbound lead qualification and targeted outreach.
- Communicate the benefits of Spire's products and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting, with a strong track record of driving pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
As a Business Development Representative at Spire Global, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving life on Earth with data from space. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 USD, plus commissions and annual equity awards. Our benefits package includes a generous time off policy, education assistance program, employee assistance program, and more.
