Client Relationship Manager

SUMMARY:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for promoting and delivering staffing solutions to businesses and individuals. This role involves engaging with clients at various locations, including branch offices and customer sites, to ensure their staffing needs are met effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as industry publications, trade shows, and online resources.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients to discuss their staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Utilize marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our staffing services.
- Assess client needs regarding safety and specific skill requirements for various positions.
- Generate service orders by providing accurate pricing, availability estimates, and taking orders based on service capabilities.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities, sales transactions, and expenses.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled and account information is current.
- Interpret and adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines to meet client specifications.
- Address and resolve any client concerns related to staffing or scheduling issues.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and community meetings to foster relationships that support business growth.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the essential duties outlined above. The following qualifications are preferred:
- A strong sales aptitude with a focus on staffing services.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Completion of college-level courses in business or marketing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to comprehend and analyze business literature, professional publications, and financial documents. Must be capable of responding to client inquiries and representing the company effectively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, commissions, ratios, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must possess the ability to apply effective methods and procedures to achieve sales objectives and performance benchmarks. Capable of solving practical problems and drawing valid conclusions based on data.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are required, as the role involves regular travel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires frequent travel to various client locations, necessitating strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While travel is a significant aspect of the role, much of the work occurs in an office setting with typical office noise levels.
