Job OverviewThreshold Clubhouse is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary programs that promote healthy eating habits and socialization among members.
  • Manage a caseload of 10-20 members, providing individualized support and case management services.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and prepare meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • One year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness preferred.
  • Valid NC driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally.
