Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our ACT team as a Clinical Services Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, including medication management, symptom assessment, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, including medication management, symptom assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Work closely with the ACT team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
