Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Carolina Outreach, a leading provider of community-based behavioral services, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive clinical and diagnostic assessments, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical and diagnostic assessments to identify appropriate diagnoses and level of care for clients.
  • Designate appropriate team staff whose clinical expertise best matches the needs/diagnoses of the client.
  • Provide clinical supervision for each member of the IIH team during provision of services.
  • Develop and evaluate person-centered plans with clients and teams.
Qualifications:
  • Mental Health or substance abuse licensure in North Carolina (i.e. LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
  • Qualified Professional.
  • 1 year experience in mental health issues.
