Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Goldbelt, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response and project planning, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate planning efforts to ensure seamless transition between different phases of a project or incident.
  • Supervise advanced planning efforts to ensure efficient and effective planning activities.
  • Develop long-term plans to address the evolving needs of a project or incident.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as Program/Project Management, Business Management, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in incident response and project planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Completion of FEMA's Planning Practitioner Program.
