About the Role

Censeo Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm dedicated to helping public sector and non-profit clients achieve operational excellence and deliver better outcomes. We take a personalized approach to strategic consulting, solving complex problems and building operational excellence that transforms organizations.

As an Associate with Censeo, you will play a key role in guiding our teams in developing impactful solutions for our Federal clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client engagements, contributing to thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements from scope definition to delivery
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations and thought leadership
  • Develop project deliverables and work with small client teams
  • Build client relationships and identify delivery risks
  • Coach team members on opportunities for improvement and provide regular project-based feedback

Requirements:

  • BA/BS with strong academic background
  • 5+ years' experience in operations improvement, corporate strategy, or similar
  • 1+ year of post-MBA management consultant experience preferred
  • Understanding of Federal client requirements and environmental factors
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and providing an exceptional client experience
