About the Role

The Regional Vice President is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and relationship management in a specific territory. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead all sales-related activities and collaborate with the client services team to effectively address advisor needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Registered Investment Advisors and Family Offices in a designated region.
  • Develop and manage productive relationships with Chief Investment Officers and investment committees across firms to understand the Halo platform.
  • Deliver compelling presentations for new business via conference call demos and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Manage the follow-up process while respecting client/prospect time.
  • Represent the Halo platform at regional wealth management conferences.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives as a thought leader within the Halo team.
  • Research competitor and industry practices.
  • Update and manage the SalesForce database to reflect accurate client information.
  • Proactively research and generate new RIA/Family Office leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant financial product sales environment, preferably selling in the RIA/Family Office/Bank Trust channel.
  • Series 7/63 required.
  • CAIA, CFA preferred but not required.
