The Role: Vice President of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships, implementing strategic enhancements, and championing Levy's core values throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team that cultivates a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage partner relationships and conduct comprehensive business evaluations.
  • Prioritize client retention while anticipating and addressing client needs.
  • Engage in strategic discussions and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Drive business expansion through innovative approaches and new client partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support talent assessments and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop strategic frameworks aimed at enhancing revenue.
  • Encourage creativity while adhering to established standards.
  • Oversee financial management and P&L responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing multiple accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in client relations and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel as necessary.
