Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel operations team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Auditing: Conduct daily audits of hotel transactions, including room sales, food and beverage, and other revenue streams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, including room assignments, key control, and security.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Night Auditor will work in a hotel environment, with regular exposure to computers, telephones, and other office equipment. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
