Job Title: Reservations Ambassador

Join HayMax Hotels LLC as a Reservations Ambassador and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing reservation inquiries, auditing reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservation inquiries and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Audit reservations for accuracy and ensure guest requests are met.
  • Work closely with the Reservations team and Front Office to assist with room reservations, guest arrivals, and room assignments.
  • Support the direct booking initiative by converting OTA bookings to direct bookings.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to different software programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
