Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Member Experience Representative to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our luxury guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our discerning guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements, including making reservations, booking activities, and arranging for amenities.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct pre-calls to arriving guests, review their preferences, and make necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
  • Handle front office duties, including check-in/check-out, preparing arrival packets, and performing audit checklists.
  • Respond to special requests from guests, including arranging for transportation, reservations, and other services.
  • Provide information about the property and surrounding area, including special events and activities.
  • Answer and respond to all calls, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry and high-end customer service standards.
