Office Operations Coordinator

The Office Associate will play a vital role in supporting our business office team by handling cashiering and providing administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Cashiering: Process and balance cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, and sales orders.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit claims reports to the Accounting department on a monthly basis.
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with safety and CT-PAT requirements.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, including compiling data, developing reports, and filing documents.
- High school graduate or equivalent with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong team player who can demonstrate Servco's core values.
