About the Role

The Office Associate will play a vital role in supporting our business office team by handling cashiering and providing administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cashiering: Process and balance cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit claims reports to the Accounting department on a monthly basis.
  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with safety and CT-PAT requirements.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, including compiling data, developing reports, and filing documents.

  • High school graduate or equivalent with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong team player who can demonstrate Servco's core values.
