About the Role

  • Coordinate and perform banking operations tasks, including loan documentation and credit reporting.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding loan status and progress.
  • Collaborate with loan officers to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to lending operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in banking operations or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
