As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, business expense reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success, a hunter's mentality, and strong community ties with a vast network of local businesses to target. Your primary responsibilities will include getting out in the community and hunting new business opportunities, maintaining and exceeding quota and sales goals, ensuring penetration of new accounts and retention of existing accounts, and utilizing networking channels and social media to leverage new and existing products and gain referrals. You will also provide customer service, resolve or escalate issues as needed, and inform leadership of all new competitive information obtained in the market. Additionally, you will utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate sales forecasting and produce detailed activity reporting.
