Business Development Associate

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government customers.
We are currently expanding the Strategy and Development Team to include a Business Development Associate who reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
This position is a full-time business development, proposal development, and capture role.
Our ideal candidate will have previously served in a role supporting Federal Government clients and should be able to obtain a clearance and/or background check.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year commensurate with education and experience.
The salary may vary based on qualifications and location.
As a part of the Strategy and Development Team this role requires a high level of initiative.
- Learn and master the use and organization of Federal Government Procurement Vehicles/Portals
- Support the BD Manager with building and maintaining Federal Government Procurement Vehicle/Portal pipeline and opportunity targets that align with TRG Corporate Growth Strategies.
- Support the Strategy & Development team with delivering compliant, professionally produced proposals and market research responses within customer-defined timeframes.
