Clinic Operations Assistant Manager

The Assistant Clinic Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the clinic manager to ensure the business is poised for sustained growth. This involves overseeing daily operations to guarantee efficiency and empowering team members while maintaining the highest standards of service for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing all facets of clinic operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets set by the leadership team.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics such as revenue, profit margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, and client retention.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture a diverse and high-performing team.
- Facilitate staff development through regular one-on-one meetings and training sessions.
- Exemplify leadership by actively engaging with staff on the floor, enhancing employee skills to foster client loyalty and brand recognition through exceptional service.
- Oversee client feedback processes, addressing concerns and reporting findings to management while sharing insights with relevant team members.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and management, ensuring confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
- Proactively seek improvements in systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Assist the leadership team with additional tasks as required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical, spa, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain focus, and adapt to changing situations.

- Proficient in computer and phone skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new technologies.
