Clinic Operations Assistant Manager

The Assistant Clinic Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the clinic manager to ensure the business thrives by maintaining efficient daily operations and empowering staff. This position is vital in delivering exceptional service to clients while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing all clinic operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets set by the leadership team.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and client retention rates.
- Recruit, train, and nurture a diverse and high-performing team.
- Facilitate staff development through regular one-on-one meetings and training sessions.
- Exemplify leadership by engaging with staff on the floor and enhancing their customer service skills to foster client loyalty.
- Address client feedback proactively and communicate findings to management and relevant team members.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with colleagues and management, ensuring confidentiality in all matters.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational systems and service delivery.
- Support the leadership team with additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical, spa, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience in managing and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering a growth mindset among employees.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
