Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Support sales initiatives while adhering to the ethical standards and guidelines established by the credit union.
  • Assist both internal and external members with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and follow-up.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as necessary to drive our vision and uphold our core values.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution, focusing on member services or cash operations, or relevant experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, capable of interacting with members in a confidential manner.
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing emails, accessing internal resources, and utilizing electronic tools.
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
