Job Overview

At Monroe Tractor, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Parts Operation team as the Parts Manager. With over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US, we have established ourselves as a trusted construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer.

We pride ourselves on providing best-in-class sales and support to over 15,000 customers across 18 locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of Parts Operation, including inventory control, hiring, training, and managing departmental budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize vendor authorized stock returns and enhance parts turns and cash flows.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Branch and Service Management teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $62,500 - $82,500 per annum, plus a generous annual incentive bonus opportunity.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within the equipment or auto service industry.
  • Experience with agriculture equipment or construction equipment is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, superior communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to set challenging goals and objectives for departmental employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software programs.
