At Spring Education Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our schools and home office functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the legal team and internal clients in connection with contract review, approval, policy guidance, training, and other legal matters.
  • Leverage enterprise legal management systems to efficiently manage the receipt, review, and prioritization of contract requests and provide broad legal support.
  • Support the entire contract lifecycle process, including independent drafting, reviewing, and finalizing of various commercial and vendor agreements.
  • Acquire general knowledge of contract structure and identify specific provisions contained within contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring enterprise legal management systems are appropriately maintained while actively seeking out solutions to existing inefficiencies or user issues.
  • Recommend new approaches to effect ongoing continual improvements to templates, policies, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or relevant work experience in legal and/or educational management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and task-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize a substantial workload.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency or willingness to quickly learn ELM software/solutions (e.g., Agiloft, LegalTracker, LawVu, etc.) and ability to support back-end and user experience.
  • Creative thinker who is keen to build scalable processes.
  • High degree of personal integrity.
  • Sense of humor, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
