We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Master Manager to join our Financial Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing a team and owning the global process for customer master record creation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations support Business Operations and Sales Operations teams.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to ensure our top talent is rewarded for their exceptional skills and dedication. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team and own the global process for customer master record creation
• Ensure day-to-day operations support Business Operations and Sales Operations teams
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams and business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Trade Compliance, and IT teams
• Manage customer reporting hierarchies and key attributes for financial reporting and accounting purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in customer master manager roles and revenue/accounting roles in high-tech or similar industries
• Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
• Experience in managing global offshore resources
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
