Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team in our Ventura, CA office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing a professional first impression to clients and visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, processing mail, and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain client and project filing systems, and update library of professional journals and magazines
  • Interact with clients, staff, and outside agencies, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform research and compile statistical reports, and track budgets for projects
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience, or an associate's degree and 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with no experience
  • Accurate typing skills of 40-50 wpm
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and satisfactory driving record for business travel
