Our team is dedicated to advancing generative AI and enhancing content comprehension within TikTok's business framework. We focus on pivotal areas such as computer vision and natural language processing, which are essential for both content creation and understanding. Responsibilities

  • Engage in research and development of advanced computer vision, natural language processing, multi-modality, large language models, and generative modeling.
  • Stay abreast of state-of-the-art advancements in relevant fields and translate innovative ideas into practical applications.
  • Oversee the entire model lifecycle, from training and deployment to maintenance and application in business contexts.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in one or more domains of computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning.
Proficient knowledge and experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet, Caffe/Caffe2).

  • Familiarity with deep neural network architectures such as transformers, SSM, CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative spirit in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  • Publication authorship in prestigious venues such as SIGGRAPH, CVPR, ICCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR.
