We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Endoscopy/Gastroenterology Team Lead. In this vital role, you will guide and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Expertise and Leadership: Provide expert nursing care and guidance to the team, upholding the highest standards of clinical practice. Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement effective workflows, optimize patient flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Team Development and Mentorship: Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture by fostering open communication, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for professional growth. Mentor and coach team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Patient Advocacy and Communication: Serve as a dedicated advocate for patients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively. Facilitate clear and concise communication between patients, clinicians, and staff, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and workflows. Collaborate with leadership to implement evidence-based practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN with a passion for leading and empowering healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Proven experience in endoscopy/gastroenterology nursing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
