About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals and families in our outpatient gastroenterology department.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in accordance with established medical protocols.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families on disease management and prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • License, Certification, Registration.
