Works with physician leadership to enhance workflow processes, advocating for patients and staff alike. - Ethical and Legal Standards: Models ethical behavior in all professional activities, demonstrating accountability for personal actions and those delegated to others. Supports adherence to policies related to confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Clinical Expertise: Provides nursing leadership and expertise to support the healthcare team in addressing patient needs. Engages in population-based care activities and maintains a safe environment for all.
- Organizational Leadership: Demonstrates knowledge of national and regional initiatives, applying these principles at the local level while leading efforts in Labor-Management Partnership.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of RN experience in acute or ambulatory care settings within the last five years, including critical care experience and leadership roles.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a high school diploma or GED.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Registered Nurse License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support certifications required upon hire.
- Moderate Sedation Competency within six months of hire.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in mentoring clinical staff and providing critical care.
- Experience in outpatient settings and pain management procedures.
