Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of RN experience in acute or ambulatory care settings within the last five years, including critical care experience and leadership roles.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Registered Nurse License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support certifications required upon hire.
Additional Skills:
  • Moderate Sedation Competency within six months of hire.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mentoring clinical staff and providing critical care.
  • Experience in outpatient settings and pain management procedures.
