We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Barista to join our team at Fred Meyer Jewelers. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the coffee shop, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality beverages and experience.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers.
• Team Management: Supervise and direct department personnel to ensure quality customer service and maintain a clean and appealing environment.
• Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions and appearance of same throughout the department.
• Quality Control: Monitor code dates and product rotation, removes out of code product.
• Training and Development: Train and develop department personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
• Marketing and Merchandising: Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products in the Department.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a coffee shop or retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
• Certifications: Must be a trained and certified barista.

• Education: Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a coffee shop or retail environment.
• Skills: Supervisory skills, prior food handling experience, and ability to work in a team environment.
