Your Work Environment

Upon entering our modern clinic, you will be welcomed by expansive windows that provide natural light and stunning views. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology, including a cloud-based management system, a Cubex pharmacy for controlled substances, digital radiography, an in-house lab suite, and a sophisticated anesthesia monitoring system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Care and Service: Ensure the delivery of high-quality veterinary care and exceptional client service, maintaining a positive clinic environment.
  • Operational Leadership: Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance clinic operations, lead team meetings, and develop annual plans and budgets.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support Associate Veterinarians, guiding them in providing outstanding medical care and achieving professional goals.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Uphold the highest standards of veterinary practice, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Community Engagement: Lead outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to promote the clinic within the community.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a veterinary practice setting.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and fostering professional development.

Work Environment

  • This position requires onsite presence at the clinic.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including potential weekends and holidays.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
