Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary business leader to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this pivotal position, you will oversee our entire financial landscape, guiding strategic decision-making and supporting our growth initiatives. Your ability to present concise and impactful financial insights will be crucial in transforming data into strategic advantages. You will ensure adherence to internal policies and global regulations while analyzing financial trends, risks, and market developments to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy and operations of SigmaNEST.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal frameworks.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant finance or business degree, coupled with strong business acumen and a robust financial background. A minimum of ten years of experience in financial operations, both strategically and operationally, is essential. You should have expertise in internal reporting, legal governance, and annual financial processes, with a preference for experience in financial and business control. Familiarity with software businesses or similar recurring revenue models is required.

Additionally, you should demonstrate leadership capabilities, a drive for change, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development is advantageous, as is the ability to confidently advise and influence decision-making at the management level. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for presenting financial information to diverse audiences.
