Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary business leader to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this pivotal position, you will oversee our entire financial landscape, guiding strategic decision-making and fostering business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating financial data into actionable insights, ensuring compliance with internal policies and global regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete financial scope of the organization.
  • Provide strategic advice to support business development and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze financial trends, risks, and their potential impacts on the business.
  • Explore market developments and innovative digital solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic finance community within SMF and the broader Sandvik Group.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant finance or business degree, complemented by strong business acumen and a robust financial background. You should have a minimum of ten years of experience in financial operations, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects. Proficiency in internal reporting, legal compliance, and annual financial processes is essential. Familiarity with software businesses or similar recurring revenue models is required.

Exceptional leadership skills, the ability to drive change, and a talent for engaging with senior stakeholders are crucial. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as business development, will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effectively presenting financial information to diverse audiences.
