Job Description

The Crossroads Center is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning with the company's business plan and vision.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective operational processes, measurement tools, and growth strategies to drive results and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to achieve favorable financial outcomes, set growth-oriented goals, and ensure accurate reporting on agency operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols, licensing requirements, and agency policies.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, encourage excellence, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required; experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred.
  • Skills: Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles; outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Certifications: Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.
