Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
  • Present financial solutions that meet customer needs and goals
  • Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
  • Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
  • Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish
