Sales Development Representative

At Midwest Motor Supply Co, we're seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will embark on a two-year training program to hone your sales skills, product knowledge, and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, understanding their business needs and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers to grow a book of business, focusing on sustainable growth and expansion.
- Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth, adopting a bottom-up approach.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers, showcasing their value and quality.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, supporting customers with cost-savings information.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan. First-year compensation plans range from $42,400 to $47,400.
