We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at System One. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the commercial title insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with existing key accounts to develop new business and bring in additional revenue
  • Solicit commercial and residential title insurance business from attorneys, real estate agents, new construction executives, banking/lenders, and other key players in the title insurance industry
  • Leverage corporate relationships and private investors to identify potential commercial or residential title insurance leads
  • Develop a book of business, manage workflow, and play a key part in delivering title clearing services and assurance
  • Entertain key accounts as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher desired
  • Valid New Jersey Title Producer's License required; cannot be waived or obtained prior to hire
  • At least five years of experience working in title insurance
  • Ability to sell title insurance and communicate effectively with attorneys, real estate stakeholders, banking/lenders, and other key players in the title insurance industry
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
