Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of services in compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Manage the admission, planning, and discharge processes for children and youth, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with professional staff and community partners to ensure the effective delivery of services as per the individualized service plan.
- Maintain regular communication post-placement to confirm that appropriate services are being rendered.
- Document all interactions and services provided, adhering to licensing standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in case meetings and maintain comprehensive client records.
- Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and service providers to enhance collaboration.
- Assist with intake and placement processes, including transportation as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Contribute to a safe and stable child welfare system that is community-oriented and evidence-based.

Qualifications
Required: An Associate's degree in Child Welfare or a related field, accompanied by two years of relevant experience, or equivalent educational qualifications combined with experience.
Preferred: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Child Welfare or a related discipline.
Certifications:
- Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to engage physically with children, including mobility and stamina for extended periods.
- Capability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and emotional situations.
Work Environment
- Full-time position with potential for additional hours as needed.
- Work settings may vary, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
