Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical management of our facilities, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage our fleet and space allocation, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency.
- Ensure contract-compliant service delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance and inspection services, as well as performance and quality control of in-house and external services.
- Monitor and manage legal inspection deadlines and requirements, warranty, defect, and damage management.
- Prepare and calculate quotes for regular and additional services, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed training as a master / technician / engineer (m/f/d) in the field of supply engineering / electrical engineering / plumbing-heating-air conditioning or facility management.
- Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and regulations.
