Job Title: Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager to join our team at 42dot. As a key member of our office management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and driving efficiency in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facility Management: Manage office facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Resource Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise administrative and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor office expenditures.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Technology and Tools Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office technology and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing administrative operations, office management, facilities coordination.
  • Proficient in office management systems and procedures, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
