Business Operations Manager

Spectrum Interior Design is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial and human resources operations, ensuring that our firm's strategic goals are aligned with our operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial statement preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Human Resources Management: Lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Design and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a key advisor to the Principal and Creative Director, providing strategic insights and recommendations on operational and financial matters.
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior business operations or financial management role, ideally within a luxury interior design firm or a related industry.
- Strong track record of leadership, with experience managing diverse teams and leading complex operational initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and implement solutions that drive business success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with the Adobe Suite and Studio Designer (preferred).
